Ivanildo and Gabriel have nothing to celebrate with the holding of the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Community residents of Lauro Vieira Chaves, in Fortaleza, they suffer from several impacts of a work of urban mobility that is part of the interventions required by the International Football Federation. The Light Rail Transit (LRT) is implemented by the State Government of Ceará and results in the removal of more than 2,500 families in Fortaleza.
